Day 1: Fez :

Meet in Fez the driver and the guide who will lead you to the main sights of Fez.
Fez or Fes is the first Moroccan imperial city. It holds a wealth of attractions and described as the spiritual centre of Morocco. The Karaouiyin University of Fez is considered among the oldest in the world. Hiring a local guide in Fez is essential to have a complete visit. You start the journey with a visit of royal palace and the ceramics and poetry looking at hand made artefacts. You move with your guide to explore the ancient University of Karaouiyin, the Tanneries and the vibrant alleys of the old quarter. You will admire the bustling streets of the Medina where merchants open their shops. After an active journey we take you back to your hotel.

Day 2: Fez – Azrou – Marrakech :

Departure from Fes , destination Marrakech. We cross Imouzzér, a tiny town overlooking the plain of Sais and Ifrane, a summer resorts on the Mountains of the Middle Atlas. We follow the way between the Cedar forest to Azrou, a centre known by the sculpture of wood works. We turn to Khnifra, a town in the centre of the Middle Atlas from where the longest Oum Rbia River starts. Continuation via Bni Mellal and Kelaa Sraghna. Arrival to Marrakech and check into the hotel.

Day 3: Marrakech :

Today will be dedicated to explore Marrakech. Historical visit of Marrakech will include Menara garden, a magnificent pool surrounded by flowers and other impressive sights such as the koutoubia Mosque (the twin tower of Giralda in Seville, Spain). The Saadian tombs demonstrate the Moorish architecture with its perfection, The Bahia palace and Madrassa Ibn Youssef. The guide take you to the restaurant for lunch.

Evening drums will draw you to the Djemaa El Fna (main city square). It’s a festival atmosphere, with snake charmers, Berber and Gnoua musicians, and storytellers illuminated by lamplight and wreathed in smoke. Food stalls on the square sell fresh salads, soups, fried fish and chips, chicken and beef kebabs and even boiled snails or sheep’s head. Finish it off with a glass of sweet cinnamon tea.

Day 4: Marrakech – Kelaa Mgouna :

After breakfast, we set off to Kelaa Mgouna, a 6 hours driving from Marrakech. We leave Marrakech back and we cross the highest Montains of Africa via the gateway of Tizi-n- Tichka with enclosed valleys and nice view of Berber towns. We reach Ait Benhaddou village where we visit the UNESCO protected sight, The Kasbah. Lunch in the village. Continuation Via Ouarzazate, the calm town of Skoura. Arrival to Kelaa Mgouna, famous for the pink roses. Check into the hotel.

 Day 5: Kelaa Mgouna – Merzouga :

After breakfast, we depart to Merzouga on the way called the way of thousand Kasbah. Continuation alongside the Dades River crossing Boumalne. Orientation to Tinghir, known by the silver jewelleries, and the Todgha gorges. We enjoy the superb view of the Todgha gorges where river flows in between. We keep moving through Tinjdad, lunch in the place and Erfoud. Destination to Merzouga our final point for this itinerary. Check into the hotel.

 Day 6: Merzouga :

Merzouga is a small desert village at the edge of the big Sahara on the Moroccan borders. The Berber town is famous for the highest sandy dunes in all North of Africa. Those dunes stretches from the North to the South in a 25 km. The highlights are to experience the life of the Nomads, take sunrise/sunset memorable pictures and meet with the hospitable people. In this itinerary, you will be able to cover most of the desert aspects. We tour the sandy dunes, listen to Gnawa Music, visit the local lakes ( in case of a rainy season). Afternoon, Camel trekking to the heart of the dunes. Night will be spent under camel wool nomad tent.

Day 7: Merzouga – Midelt – Fes :

This morning you wake up for sunrise lovely pictures, and you drive back your camels to the hotel where you shower and you take your breakfast before departure. We drive via Rissani, Erfoud and the Ziz Valley where we stop for many pictures. We continue to Midelt for lunch. We drive through the Cedar forest of Azrou where we meet monkeys. The rest of your tour will be driving to Fez through Ifrane, Imouzer to arrive to Fez in the early evening. We drop you in your Riad.

Day 8: Fez :

After Breakfast and at the appropriate time we transfer you to the airport. Far well! Happy and Safe Travel !!
